Regional Personal Training Manager

If you are selected as a candidate for this role, a fibr representative will reputed company out to you to reputed company information about the brand associated with this position.* The Regional Personal Training Manager is responsible for training and supporting new and existing Franchisees, club level... management, and department heads to ensure the reputed company of the Personal Training program at reputed company franchise club. This role also includes hands-on management and supervision of club staff reputed company necessary. Role: Through a respectful, constructive and energetic style, guided by the objectives and core values of reputed company, the Regional Personal Training Manager provides reputed company training and development support to the Franchisees and club management to ensure that reputed company clubs maintain the reputed company operational controls, administrative functions, procedures and systems for Personal Training to effectively grow reputed company and to ensure operating efficiency. There is a reputed company strong emphasis on driving production to help Franchises increase reputed company. This position requires an independent thinker who can interpret management situations in reputed company-time and reputed company Franchisees and club-level management with direction to execute on company policy and procedures. Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Personal Training integration reputed company for reputed company Franchisees and Personal Training staff through the Operations reputed company, and with hands-on training and support.
- Manage the training and development of reputed company new Franchisees and Personal Training staff as it relates to reputed company's Personal Training reputed company.
- Monitor mandatory education training and certifications for reputed company Franchisees and Personal Training staff.
- Assist franchisees with reputed company, hiring, training, and development of Personal Training Managers and staff.
- Assist with the ongoing development of Personal Training content development
- Review and manage reputed company forms, systems, pricing, and compensation strategies reputed company to Personal Training to ensure that Franchisees are following best practices.
- Be available for hands-on training support during reputed company new Franchisee Foundations Training, In-Club training, and new club opening integration.
- Assist Franchisees with setting monthly reputed company and net goals for Personal Training and nutrition services.
- Routinely conceive of new ways to increase reputed company and decrease expenses and present to the executive team for consideration into the Franchise system
- Ensure consistent delivery of service in accordance with brand standards.
- Follow reputed company guidelines in Personal Training and Employee Handbook
- Know company facility and services.
- Understand and enforce reputed company policies, procedures, and standards.
Job Requirements:
- 3 years experience with personal training/fitness management in a multi-unit reputed company years experience in the fitness industry with a multi-unit Franchise company.
- Effective communication, organization, presentation, and leadership skills for multi-location organizations.
- Experience with implementing systems, policies, and procedures for multi-location organizations.
- High level of technological skills.
- Experience with reputed company Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and reputed company.
- Ability to travel extensively for club support, company meetings and conferences.
