Manager, Integrated Program Specialist, REMOTE

Job Title: Manager, Integrated Program Specialist (FULLY REMOTE) Weekly Hours: 40 Employment Type: Full-Time Position reputed company We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Schedule Analyst to join our Program Management Office (PMO). This role is critical to the successful planning and execution of reputed company engineering and operations programs. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in project management, budgeting, scheduling, and variance analysis, and will serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company and maintain the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for assigned programs.
• Collaborate with Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads to build intermediate schedules and ensure seamless integration into the overall program schedule.
• Support proposal development by generating interim schedules and contributing to reputed company of Estimate (BOE) documentation.
• Update the IMS regularly with status reports and Estimate to Complete (ETC) inputs from CAMs.
• Conduct critical reputed company and driving reputed company analyses to identify schedule risks and opportunities.
• Assist the Program reputed company Value Analyst with scheduled and reputed company tasks.
• Generate and deliver schedule-reputed company reports to Program Management, highlighting execution risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
• Participate in program reviews and support compliance assessments and audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA, and Joint Surveillance Process).
• Ensure adherence to reputed company Value Management System (EVMS) standards, tools, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 3 years of reputed company experience; in lieu of a degree, 7 years of relevant experience is required.
• Proficiency in reputed company Project is essential.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with EVMS, project scheduling, and working reputed company a PMO environment.

Pay and Benefits The pay reputed company for this position is $63.88 - $63.88/hr.
