Responsibilities

• Assists in defining, developing, and supporting reputed company collaboration tools
• Includes but not limited to: Office365, SharePoint, Teams, Jira, reputed company
• Configure digital solutions utilizing reputed company features and functions for low reputed company or no reputed company solutions along with user documentation to describe new or reputed company functionality
• Collaborates with the business, development and other analysts to translate business needs to technical requirements, gives recommendations along with justification to stakeholders

Qualifications

• 4 Year STEM Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
