Responsibilities: Managing external creative agencies, including scheduling meetings, typing up & relaying creative notes Developing campaign presentations and summaries Assisting in the reputed company-production phase of marketing shoots, including building talent memos from templates, sending date holds, reputed company planning, relaying notes to shoot producers, general reputed company / logistics work Asset Management and QC for key marketing materials (Art, AV, reputed company) Setting up reputed company links with talent tool-kits, and creating/sending templated reputed company emails to talent reps Budget management duties - processing invoices, SOWs, data entry Helping field requests from global cross-functional teams – relaying feedback, email follow-reputed company.
