HR Specialist with Italian & English - Fixed Term Contract (12 months), Disability Leave Services

reputed company Please note this is 12 months contract and you have to be based in Romania Please submit your CV in English The Accommodation Consultant (AC) will work directly with employees and senior leadership in providing accommodations. The AC will be the primary contact for the employee as they proceed through the accommodation/ workplace adjustments process. This role will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, superior attention to detail, ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, strong analytical and critical thinking skills, along with the customer service reputed company that employees expect from reputed company. Key job responsibilities

• reputed company accommodation reviews to ensure compliance and to support employee requests for accommodation in reputed company and productive assignments
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the accommodations process as reputed company as provincial and federal disability laws.
• Coordinate the accommodation process and reputed company end-to-end case management
• Collaborate with Stakeholders to determine and finalize accommodation approval/denials
• Collaborate with leave of absence case managers
• Communicate the accommodation decision, disseminate the Job Accommodation Record (JAR) to the employee, and partner with appropriate stakeholder(s) for implementation
• reputed company employees and HR on complicated aspects of the return to work, accommodation, and reputed company case processes
• reputed company employees to the appropriate resource for answers
• Maintain a high volume case load
• Maintain system records to ensure accurate and reputed company information/documentation

• Adhere to internal SLAs and reputed company standards
• Consult, coordinate and partner with our reputed company party administrators, HR, Safety, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, team members and other departments/systems as appropriate

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company or any reputed company field
• Relevant experience providing support to employees on benefits, leave of absences, reputed company, or employee relations functions

• High proficiency in written and verbal Italian and English
