Department reputed company reputed company is looking for a contract/temporary Provider Recruitment Consultant to join reputed company for a term of 6 months. This role is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of physicians and advanced reputed company providers into the organization, including by not limited to: sourcing, screening, onsite interview support, offer process, and reputed company tasks. • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or similar program required. Master's preferred.
• 4 years reputed company responsibilities in Physician and Advanced Recruitment.
• In lieu of a degree, 6 years Physician/Advance reputed company recruitment experience required.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent interpersonal skills and consulting skills with an ability to reputed company effectively with physicians, HR partners and stakeholders at reputed company reputed company of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills to determine reputed company cause of technical problems with the ability to document effectively and resolve reputed company.
• Must be reputed company to deliver results with little supervision in a highly dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills - ability to evaluate metrics, programs, and processes.

• Strong knowledge of Physician/APP recruitment lifecycle.
