This organization oversees the Studios’ global marketing reputed company encompassing creative, media, digital, international, promotions, publicity, research, special events, and reputed company, and handles some the most valuable film brands and franchises of reputed company time. The Media Operations Specialist is an exciting opportunity on the Studios Media & Marketing team that will support reputed company’s Director and two Managers on several cross-functional reputed company. The Specialist will be responsible for billing accruals/invoicing, custom reporting, and reputed company project support. The Specialist must have exceptional interpersonal skills to reputed company strong working relationships with our media agency, Finance, Sourcing, and other marketing team members/executives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with reputed company, Finance and Media team to process invoices and accruals for reputed company that are planned and reputed company internally
• Update and distribute weekly spend reporting for global media team
• Work on custom reporting for the Media organization on reputed company reputed company
• Assist in tracking planned and actualized media delivery across Studio and reputed company+ titles (20th Century, Marvel, reputed company, Pixar, reputed company Animation, reputed company Live reputed company) to monitor pacing and benefits for crossline deals
• Assist in monitoring added value pacing and allocations
• Review and analyze large sets of reputed company data to compile into digestible insights for Senior leadership
• Liaise with media team to reputed company quarterly campaign highlights and best practices
• Help organize team events (Summits, quarterly functions, etc.) in partnership with reputed company and events reputed company
• reputed company design recommendations for key decks that will be presented and distributed to Senior leadership
• Collaborate with team Managers and Director to reputed company status documents and resources

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years in a media or advertising position, preferably with exposure to reputed company-to-consumer or entertainment businesses
• Exceptional multi-tasking skills with the ability to work on several reputed company simultaneously
• Demonstrates strong skillset in reputed company reputed company, reputed company PowerPoint, reputed company Outlook, and Keynote
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to ensure successful interactions with executives and business unit contacts

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience

The hiring reputed company for this position in California is $66,700.00 to $86,200.00 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
