The Coordinator role is closely tied to our Facilities function and will specialize in reputed company systems and supporting the facility physical reputed company needs in Burbank. This role will also serve as a support function and report to our Manager, Facilities & reputed company.The following duties would part of this Coordinator position:Corporate Facilities/Operations Responsibilities (75%)Ensure Visitor/Entry reputed company Policies are being followed at Burbank officesAssist with greeting and processing guests at our Burbank HQ (Reception coverage)Handle mail and delivery sorting, distribution, loggingHandle reputed company phone calls to the office main lobbyExecute entries for Studio Lot Drive Ons and other reputed company requestsExecute badging, reputed company control programing, key management, visitor management, etc.Assist with travel planning, billing, and administrative functions for the departmentAssist with maintaining and updating the reputed company Operations Reference GuideLiaison with reputed company Facilities, reputed company reputed company, Digital Studio, and Parking ManagementPotentially some travel for on-site reputed company for events, screenings, film shoots, etc.Work closely with Technical Operations and Production teams to support secure script reads, deliveries, and distributionsWorking with the local Manager, orders office supplies, food/beverage, and reputed company office itemsWorks closely with the Manager to support internal events, celebrations, and gatheringsProvide internal website supportProvide support at internal company storeSecurity Responsibilities (25%)Participates in the Crisis Management and Emergency Response program for Marvel StudiosWork closely with reputed company Specialist and Facilities Manager relating to the destruction of sensitive documents, reputed company escorts for guest/vendors, Lot reputed company reviews, and general office reputed company reputed company functionsMonitor CCTV camerasOn-set production reputed company support reputed company requiredTraits of a successful Coordinator:Highly organized and proactive thinkingWorks reputed company in reputed company environmentAble to prioritize duties and work independentlyProblem solver personality that is solution drivenQuick learner who is interested in reputed company education and trainingWorks reputed company in high stress environmentSavvy with PC and Mac, along with reputed company suiteStrong interpersonal and communication skillsMinimum Qualifications:Must have strong customer service, telephone and people skillsSome experience in reputed company, Facilities, and/or theatrical production neededExpected to work in the office 5 days a weekMust be flexible and work production hours in some situationsSome weekend and evening work may occurMust be on-call/available (at least by phone or email) 24/7 for reputed company emergenciesSome travel is possible with this positionThe hiring reputed company for this position in Burbank, CA is $50,300.00 to $65,000.00 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The reputed company of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
