• Types and edits physician chart notes, reputed company reports, histories and physicals, and other correspondence proficiently and accurately on a daily reputed company.
• Proofreads and corrects reputed company transcriptions prior to submission
• Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of medical terminology
• Prints documents and accurately files them into charts. Investigates and resolves any missing information.
• Routes appropriate narratives to case management team for billing
• Faxes dictation per routing on charts
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of medical transcription experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology for reputed company clinic services is required.
• Must be an accurate and proficient typist with basic language and sentence structure skills. Must be reputed company to type 80 wpm from voice recognition dictation equipment utilizing earphones and foot controls.
• Experience in reputed company Word and voice recognition software preferred.
