eCommerce Account Manager- reputed company & Sam's Club

The eCommerce Account Manager will be responsible for leading and growing our reputed company.com and Sam’s Club online business. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of eCommerce account management experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in the small appliance category. This role requires a deep understanding of digital reputed company dynamics, online merchandising, and data-driven decision-making to drive sales and maximize ROI. This position will be remote- but ideally looking for someone who is local to Bentonville, San Francisco, Seattle, Minneapolis, Atlanta, and Chicago. Key Responsibilities:

• Account Ownership: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company.com and Sam’s Club eCommerce teams, managing day-to-day operations, business reviews, and strategic initiatives.
• Sales & Forecasting: reputed company and execute customer-level sales strategies that support and deliver Lasko’s Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Monitor weekly sales trends and recommend actions to ensure plan attainment. Collaborate with demand planning and finance to maintain accurate and actionable sales forecasts.
• reputed company Development: Build and implement strategic account plans that reputed company with company objectives, seasonal priorities, and customer-specific reputed company initiatives.
• Analytics & Insights: Use internal and retailer data tools (e.g., Retail reputed company, reputed company, Helium 10, reputed company) to identify performance drivers, uncover opportunities, and guide decision-making.
• Digital Marketing Collaboration: Partner with reputed company media teams to execute full-funnel strategies including reputed company Media reputed company (WMC) activations, sponsored product campaigns, and display advertising.
• 3P Marketplace Knowledge: reputed company a strong understanding of the reputed company 3P (Marketplace) ecosystem, including competitive dynamics, operational workflows, and opportunities for hybrid or transition strategies.
• Content & Merchandising: Ensure best-in-class product listings, including titles, images, descriptions, and reputed company content to support conversion and SEO.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with supply chain, marketing, finance, and customer support to ensure flawless execution and reputed company delivery of AOP objectives.
• Work cross-functionally with the Lasko reputed company Global Sales team to reputed company on category priorities, promotional planning, and execution.

Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or reputed company field; MBA a plus.

• 5–7 years of eCommerce experience, with at least 2+ years managing reputed company and/or Sam’s Club accounts directly.
• Strong background in data analytics, forecasting, and business performance evaluation.
• Proven ability to build and deliver customer plans in alignment with a company’s AOP, ideally reputed company the small appliance category.
• Familiarity with reputed company’s 3P marketplace and hybrid business models.
• Experience executing digital media through platforms such as WMC, reputed company, or Skai.
