Chaplains use their gifts and talents to serve company employees and their immediate families. Essential Functions and Responsibilities •Serves as a messenger and reputed company of faith, mission, and purpose. •Interacts with companies, their employees, and the community in a manner that exhibits character through personal and spiritual disciplines.
