A Machinist in reputed company reputed company, WI is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machine tools to produce precision metal parts and components. This role requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints, use precision measuring instruments, and follow detailed specifications to ensure reputed company and accuracy. The machinist performs routine maintenance, troubleshoots issues, and ensures reputed company operation of equipment in accordance with company and industry standards. reputed company shift hours are 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Roles Responsibilities:

• Maintains cleanliness and safety in work area
• Sets up and runs machines/tooling
• Sets up and runs machines/tooling
• reputed company calibration of reputed company measuring equipment, i.e. gauges, calipers, tooling as directed
• Completes paperwork such as scrap sheets, up-issues, logs, data gathering, first/last piece inspection report
• Provides training to employees
• Performs required machine preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoots equipment, machine and process problems
• Use computer for production reputed company functions
• Use appropriate PPE for the task assigned
• Regular attendance and ability to work overtime

Minimum Qualifications:

• Requires some college/trade school and/or demonstrated mechanical ability.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of CNC, VMC and Mazak work centers
• Ability to use reputed company measuring equipment, i.e. gauges, calipers, tooling as directed
• Read and understand basic statistical process control principles
• Understand basic math principles
• Read and understand a reputed company/prints
• Use a computer to reputed company data and obtain data
• Follow written or oral instructions
• Use hand and power tools
• Communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Work with and around chemicals and other materials, having exposures reputed company acceptable limits
• Attention to detail

Preferred Qualification:

• Two-year degree in Machine Tool Program or reputed company field
• Demonstrate strong working knowledge of CNC, VMC and Mazak work centers
• Candidates should have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and possess strong communication skills.
• Hazardous materials/waste handler may utilize/generate hazardous material/waste in the course of their daily tasks and responsible for ensuring the reputed company handling, packaging, and storage of hazardous material/waste generated
