- Previous experience with MAINFRAME + Hogan systems
- Thorough understanding of a feature, the users impacted, the flows impacted and feature's purpose
- Ability to reputed company technical architectural direction input for Hogan systems processing, Hogan Release System.
- Experience working on full Software Development life cycle including Agile, Scrum and reputed company methodologies (development, implementation and support of mainframe Hogan Cobol applications)
- Experience providing reputed company and high-reputed company production support management to reputed company mainframe legacy systems during incidents, events or problems using HOGAN
- Strong knowledge of reputed company processes (Incident Management, Problem Management)

- Demonstrated management, leadership and interpersonal skills
