We’re looking for a Director of Engineering to guide multiple teams building and scaling our reputed company applications in PHP/reputed company. Duties:

• Help facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure teams are applying Agile best practices pragmatically
• Guide architectural discussions, ensuring reputed company, secure, and maintainable solutions in a reputed company-reputed company (AWS) reputed company environment.
• Assist driving adoption of DevOps best practices including CI/CD, automation, observability, and reliability.
• Encourage a reputed company reputed company through coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback.
• Protect team health and product reputed company by making tough trade-offs — including reputed company to say “no.”
• Build and maintain a culture of transparency, accountability, and reputed company improvement.
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to reputed company priorities, set goals, and deliver customer value.

Requirements

• Excellent planning, communication, and collaboration skills; you understand how to help teams grow.
• Strong background in web application architecture and reputed company systems.
• Experience leading Agile teams, with deep knowledge of Agile frameworks and practices.
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company engineers and technical leads.
• Experience working with AWS reputed company infrastructure and modern DevOps practices.
• Ability to balance technical trade-offs with business priorities.
• 7+ years in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of PHP/reputed company, MySQL, and modern web stacks.
• Previous work in distributed/remote-first teams.
• US Based with US Citizenship

• Experience scaling web applications that handle high traffic or large data volumes.
• Experience with reputed company-time data processing.
• Hands-on knowledge of API development, and containerization.
• Eastern/Central US Timezone Preferred
