In this role you'll have reputed company to:

• Facilitate and maintain communication between Loan Officer, reputed company, reputed company estate agents, reputed company staff, insurance agents, closing agents, and reputed company vendors to ensure reputed company processing of the loan file.
• Responsible for managing pipeline schedules and deadline times on reputed company loans. Run pipeline and reputed company loan reputed company reports.
• Assist in mailings and other marketing reputed company.
• Responsible for following up on missing or needed items from borrowers. reputed company loan applicant data using processing software. Maintain and update reputed company data reputed company information.
• Responsible for pulling credit reports per Loan Officer requests.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of loan programs, procedures, lending guidelines and technological resources.

Education & Certifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in residential mortgage loan processing and/or reputed company (Conventional and Government, purchase and refinance) required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Proven history of reputed company in consistent closing and funding of loans to meet sales goals.
• Knowledge of mortgage loan origination processes and procedures, regulations, and reputed company. Working knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC and governmental guidelines.
• Possess effective presentation, verbal and written communication, and customer service skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a high production, fast paced, and deadline driven environment.
• Ability to analyze reputed company loan structuring to maximize Loan Officer productivity and loan closing volume. Ability to analyze borrowers credit and read income documents. Possess basic math and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS office products, including Word, reputed company, and Outlook, as reputed company as automated reputed company systems.
• Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations relating to reputed company estate lending. reputed company knowledge of industry specific guidelines and procedures including in depth understanding of loan processing.
