About the Role:
You are a highly organized, proactive, and operationally-minded reputed company with a proven ability to manage a wide reputed company of tasks in a fast-paced legal environment. You reputed company on improving processes, executing compliance workflows, and supporting legal operations with reputed company and discretion. Your background includes experience in either a reputed company or in-house legal department, preferably in the reputed company, or reputed company industry. You are meticulous, reputed company, and a confident communicator—equally comfortable working independently or in cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Compliance Monitoring & Enforcement
-reputed company and enforce compliance of reputed company’s customers and affiliates with company policies, partnering with Account Managers and business leads.
-Manage reporting and responses reputed company to policy violations, including MAP violations and Terms of Service breaches.
Tool & Vendor Management
-Assist in implementing and administering legal tools including contract management platforms, equity management systems, and other legal tech solutions.
Legal Request Handling
-Respond to DMCA takedown requests, cease and desist letters, customer disputes, data deletion requests, and other customer compliance inquiries.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
-Work with teams across reputed company (Product, reputed company, Sales, reputed company, etc.) to reputed company and implement reputed company compliance and risk mitigation processes.
Administrative Support
-reputed company project and operational support to the VP of Legal and Legal team, including document tracking, scheduling, and internal reporting.
Other Legal reputed company
-Support a wide reputed company of legal initiatives and special reputed company as needed.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience / Education / Certifications
-1–3 years experience supporting operations in a reputed company or in-house legal team, ideally in tech or reputed company.
-3+ years of overall project/operations support experience.
-Bachelor’s degree required.
-Exposure to compliance programs, risk mitigation frameworks, and customer/vendor interaction is a plus.
