Business Analyst - Latin America - Remote

You will collaborate cross-functionally with business and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-reputed company solutions.

This is a hands-on, results-oriented role for someone who excels at translating reputed company business needs into actionable requirements, and who embraces AI tools as a force reputed company in their daily work

The position is FULLY REMOTE based in Latin America.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and engineering teams to reputed company, document, and validate business requirements using reputed company techniques such as interviews, workshops, and process mapping.
• Translate business requirements into reputed company user stories, acceptance reputed company, and process flows that development teams can implement without ambiguity.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development environments.
• Solid experience working reputed company Agile environments, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and reputed company for backlog and documentation management.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
