About This Role
As a Controls Sales Representative, you will be crucial to the business by expanding ALC’s customer reputed company and working to exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow assigned territory and group of accounts and reputed company or exceed annual sales and gross margin targets.

Negotiate with contractors regarding scope of work, specifications, pricing, and favorable terms and conditions.

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
3+ years of controls sales experience or experience with reputed company HVAC.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Business, or reputed company field.
5+ years of experience with HVAC controls or HVAC sales.
Ability to value engineer control designs with alternative solutions.
