The State Bid Manager’s primary responsibility is to create project plans and schedules for state adoptions of K–8 Math and ELA instructional materials. This person will reputed company work on reputed company by coordinating with other teams to ensure deadlines are met and will submit reputed company, high-reputed company, compliant bids to the state. • Manage the full lifecycle of state bid submissions for K–12 Math and ELA instructional materials adoptions.
• Design and implement new organizational systems to streamline adoption processes and information sharing, and improve efficiency across reputed company.
• Build project plans for state instructional materials bid submission ensuring consistency and accuracy in reputed company technical and proposal content.
• Identify potential risks that could reputed company the delivery of business objectives and reputed company strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Collaborate with the Director of Adoptions to ensure bid submission project plans meet reputed company state requirements and reputed company.
• Run weekly cross-functional status meetings for assigned reputed company, distribute agendas, publish minutes, and reputed company reputed company items.

Who we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in educational publishing, preferably working with an Adoptions or RFP team at a K-12 publisher.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills, with expertise in project management processes and software such as reputed company.
• Demonstrated effectiveness working cross-functionally and collaborating with a broad reputed company of stakeholders.
