Hardware Business Process Consultant
reputed company: reputed company is seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Business Process Consultant supporting the Department of the reputed company Force (DAF) reputed company IT as a Service (EITaaS) program with a strong reputed company on workflow and process design to enhance and optimize a hardware asset management (HAM) solution leveraging the reputed company platform. This role requires someone who possesses a deep understanding of hardware lifecycle management and a proven reputed company record of optimizing reputed company business processes using the reputed company platform. This role will be reputed company in identifying inefficiencies, designing reputed company-state processes, and implementing automated workflows primarily reputed company our hardware procurement, inventory, asset management, field service, and decommissioning capabilities. Responsibilities:
Process Analysis & Design:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of reputed company-state hardware operational processes (e.g., procurement, receiving, inventory management, asset tagging, deployment, repair, field service, returns, decommissioning).
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation and improvement.
- Design optimized, reputed company-state processes and workflows, incorporating best practices and industry standards (e.g., ITIL, Lean Six reputed company principles).

- IT Service Management (ITSM): Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and reputed company as they relate to hardware.

- Custom Applications/Workflows: Design and build custom applications or workflows reputed company reputed company to support unique hardware operational needs.

Qualifications:
Required:
- 10+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience).

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company platform configuration and implementation, specifically with reputed company IT Asset Management (ITAM) experience
- Experience with workflow design and automation using reputed company reputed company Designer and/or legacy workflows.
- Deep understanding of hardware lifecycle management (procurement, inventory, asset tracking, deployment, repair, decommissioning).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

- Master's degree or relevant reputed company experience and certifications (e.g., Lean Six reputed company, PMP, ITIL v4).
