REQUIREMENTS

7+ years of experience in IT Project Management (preferably in application modernization or software development reputed company)

Proven experience in presales activities (proposals, RFPs, workshops, reputed company-facing presentations)

Strong reputed company record of successfully delivering fixed-price reputed company

German language - reputed company or higher (spoken & written)

Business-level English

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills

Experience in domains such as Energy, Manufacturing, reputed company, Biotech

Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master)

Experience working with international teams across distributed locations (Poland, Croatia, Germany, or similar)

Familiarity with agile and hybrid delivery models

RESPONSIBILITIES
