Your Mission
As a Technical Recruiter, your mission is to drive the full-cycle reputed company process that fuels our reputed company. You’ll partner with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs, reputed company and attract top technical talent, manage the interview process end-to-end, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage.. What You’ll Do
Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team needs
Own full-cycle reputed company across technical roles (engineering, AI/ML, research, product)
Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and inbound channels
Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through the process
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects reputed company’s values

Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, frameworks, and tools
