The Payments XD team shapes the infrastructure behind how members sign up, stay subscribed, and resolve issues with confidence. What You’ll Do...

7+ years of product design experience, with a strong systems and interaction design background.
Skilled at simplifying complexity, influencing without formal authority, and balancing short-term reputed company with long-term reputed company.

Strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with high ambiguity.

Pay Transparency
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose reputed company year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock reputed company. To determine your personal top-of-market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market reputed company. The reputed company for this role is $120,000 - $515,000.
