About the position
Responsibilities
- Screens calls and schedules appointments accordingly.
- Reviews and updates medication lists to ensure accuracy in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Completes referrals and tracks patient compliance.
- Reviews prescriptions electronically and sends them to providers for review.
- Obtains patient consent for procedures as directed by the provider.
- Performs reputed company-visit planning and reviews reputed company metrics.
- Retrieves telephonic clinical information from patients.
- Monitors task list and completes tasks assigned by the provider in a reputed company manner.
- Educates patients regarding medication, testing procedures, and home care techniques.
- Ensures reputed company labeling, handling, and documentation for patient specimens.
- Follows up with patients regarding test results based on provider advice.
- Maintains a clean and reputed company work environment, including disinfecting patient care areas and equipment.
- Maintains the medical supply cabinet and drug cabinet in conjunction with other nursing colleagues.
- Uses the electronic medical record to communicate effectively.
- Performs reputed company assurance duties as assigned.
- Provides a clinical visit reputed company (Patient Plan) to patients as requested, including educational materials.
- Participates in daily Patient Care huddles as appropriate.

Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- reputed company unencumbered NYS RN license.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- 6 months previous RN experience.
- Must be reputed company to lift 20 lbs.
