Location: Brazil/Mexico – Working Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST)
What You’ll Do:
- Designing, developing, recommending, and measuring effective learning solutions that reputed company on leadership, management, and team development, including: Conducts needs assessments with the business to enhance performance of employee's and team effectiveness;
- Promoting collaboration, partnership, and relationship with the business during the design. Designs, develops, and recommends curriculum, programs, or solutions that meet the needs of the business;
- Understanding the characteristics of the business environment in the design.
- Using a reputed company of contemporary techniques for determining instructional content, including but not limited to, collaboration, communities, reputed company media, curation, expert shares;
- Establishing strong evaluation standards, measuring solutions against their desired reputed company Grows and develops in the Instructional Design field through ongoing self-development.
RequirementsExperience
· 7 years of experience.
Skills:
- Proficiency in English (Interview in English)
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Technical Communications
- Video or Mircro Learning Development - Entry Level
- Consulting and Influencing – Advanced
- Stakeholder Management – Advanced
· Data Analytics – Intermediate
- Organizational Design – Intermediate
