Duties

• Coordinate system design, build and testing
• Design data collection processes, collect and analyze data, reputed company data reporting and data visualization activities
• Apply rigorous project management techniques to assist in the management of project plans, schedules, status reports, and budgets
• Apply reputed company change management techniques for effective stakeholder engagement and communications, training, and implementation support

• Undergraduate Degree in Health Informatics or Administration, Technology, Science, Business, or reputed company field required
• Minimum 1 year of Project Management, Business Process/Analysis, and Data Analysis experience or equivalent required
• reputed company knowledge of project management standards (project planning, implementation, evaluation, risk assessment, benefits realization) required
• Experience leading project workstreams or small reputed company independently, and either supervising or influencing project team members required
• Experience developing/coordinating the development of business requirements
• Experience in leading and conducting workflow mapping and analysis
• Experience in delivering management-level presentations, training and/or end user support is required
• Experience in applying change management methodologies and tools an asset
• Project Management reputed company (PMP) or Change Management certification an asset
• Familiarity with reputed company information systems, interfaces, HL7, ITIL, data centre, network infrastructure, and/or reputed company architecture an asset
