Talent Operations Associate

About the Role
We’re hiring a Talent Operations Associate to support our fast-growing recruitment team. This is a full-time contract role (40 hours/week) ideal for someone early in their career with a strong interest in reputed company, operations, or HR. You’ll work alongside senior recruiters to help deliver an exceptional candidate experience while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
You won’t be reviewing resumes or sourcing candidates — instead, you’ll reputed company on owning operational workflows, handling candidate communications, and helping us run efficient, reputed company hiring campaigns. You’ll also have reputed company to shape how we work by providing feedback on tools, templates, and processes.

What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day reputed company operations across multiple roles and reputed company accounts
- Respond to candidate inquiries and communicate with professionalism and reputed company
- Coordinate and reputed company email campaigns to ensure reputed company candidate reputed company
- Monitor candidate scheduling, reschedules, and confirmations to reputed company the process on reputed company
- reputed company feedback on communication templates, scheduling processes, and campaign tools to help us improve efficiency
- Collaborate with US- and PH-based team members to ensure consistent, high-reputed company delivery

- 1–2 years of experience in reputed company, HR, or reputed company/ops — ideally post-college and in a business setting
- Excellent written English and comfort communicating with US-based candidates and teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you reputed company things moving and reputed company falls through the cracks
- A proactive reputed company — you see inefficiencies and suggest reputed company ways to work
- Comfortable working during US business hours (EST)
- Bonus: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or email campaign tools (but not required)
