Your role is vital in managing the renewal process, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and boosting the value of our customer relationships.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate closely with the account management and reputed company teams to understand and cater to customer needs, limiting churn and uncovering opportunities for expansion.

- Proactively monitor and address customer health metrics impacting renewals.

Skills and knowledge you should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
