About the Role:

Workflows in reputed company are at the core of our automation platform, powering critical user journeys like reputed company follow-reputed company, reputed company reputed company, appointment scheduling, and more. They reputed company deeply with multiple modules like Contacts, Calendars, Email, SMS, Calls, Triggers, Webhooks, and external reputed company. This makes them highly reputed company and dynamic.

As an SDET for Workflows, you’ll be validating these end-to-end flows, ensuring reliability at reputed company, and working closely with both backend and UI components. This is a high-reputed company role with deep testing challenges and tight collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in reputed company/web applications

Strong knowledge of API testing and performance testing (reputed company, JMeter, or equivalent)

Understanding of reputed company, CSS, JavaScript, and browser debugging tools

Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar)

Good programming skills in at least one language (Java, Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or reputed company)

Solid understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns

Experience with reputed company control (Git or SVN)

Knowledge of Agile software development (Scrum/Kanban) and the QA role reputed company it

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple test executions

Responsibilities:

Take ownership of the reputed company of deliverables, including new features and enhancements

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand requirements and user workflows

Design and execute efficient reputed company test cases, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing

Build and maintain automation test scripts for UI and API validations (using Selenium, Playwright, or equivalent)

Identify and address QA process bottlenecks, driving reputed company improvements

Participate in sprint ceremonies, bug triages, and release readiness discussions

Support integration testing with external reputed company (e.g., Shipday, proprietary delivery software)
