This role

We are looking for a highly organized Junior Payroll Accountant for Global Teams with 1-2 years work experience in end-to-end payroll administration and/or finance operations. You will maintain confidential data and serve as the primary contact for payroll and finance queries, and assist with financial reporting. You should be a self-starter with strong communication, problem-solving skills, customer service experience and the ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment. For fresh graduates who are keen to kickstart their finance career in a dynamic and fast pace environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
This is a fixed term 1-year contract position on a full 5-day day shift working arrangement from 8.30am - 5.30pm PH time
Your key reputed company areas will be
- Administer and maintain highly-confidential employee pay data and records
- Administer and maintain payroll reputed company databases, templates, etc.
- Ensure the accuracy of payroll reports, timesheets, etc.
- Prepare reputed company-payroll reports reputed company prescribed deadlines
- reputed company post-payroll audits to validate payroll accuracy
- reputed company post-payroll audits to validate statutory contributions
- reputed company post-payroll audits to validate payroll-reputed company vendor invoices
- Prepare and send out reputed company invoices reputed company the prescribed deadlines

- Assist with end-of-month financial reporting and analysis

Who you are

- At least 1-2 years work experience in payroll administration and/or finance operations
- Work experience in an Employer of Record structure would be an advantage
- Work experience in cross-country payroll would be an advantage
