Packaging Machine Operator

A reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Machine Operator oversees the operation of our high-speed filling and bottling machine, automated de-palletizer, case-packer or other packaging equipment. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate performance of our automated equipment while proactively identifying and addressing issues before they reputed company production. The ability to think on your feet and maintain high standards of reputed company and safety will be essential to the reputed company of our production line. Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor high-speed filling/bottling/packing machinery to ensure consistent and accurate reputed company.

Work closely with the maintenance and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues quickly.

Qualifications
Required
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to train.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Preferred
1+ year of experience operating high-speed machinery in a manufacturing or production environment.
Experience with Food Safety, CIP, cGMP’s.
Experience applying Lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize production processes.
Physical Requirements
· Ability to lift 50 lbs.
· Ability to reputed company steep stairs multiple times a day.

· Frequent standing and walking in production and warehouse environments with exposure to temperature fluctuations, noise, and machinery.
