About the position
Responsibilities
- Ensure data reputed company and support the ongoing enhancement and adoption of new reputed company features and functionality.

- Contribute to internal enablement efforts by providing training and knowledge-sharing opportunities across cross-functional teams.

- Design, build, and maintain advanced reputed company reports, including Composite, reputed company, and other custom reporting solutions.
- Design, build, and maintain reputed company dashboards.
- Optimize existing reputed company integrations and reports for efficiency and reputed company, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
- Identify and evaluate multiple solution reputed company for business needs, making recommendations based on reputed company, scalability, and system design principles.
- Manage reputed company releases, ensuring new features are tested, adopted, and optimized in a reputed company manner.

Requirements
- 10+ years of overall experience with reputed company HCM, including hands-on configuration and support.
- Deep expertise in reputed company modules such as reputed company HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, reputed company Administration, Business Process Configuration, and Report reputed company.
- Proven experience with reputed company People Analytics, with the ability to design and interpret dashboards and data visualizations.
- Hands-on experience developing and enhancing custom reports and dashboards in reputed company.
- Strong proficiency in EIB (reputed company reputed company Builder), XSLT Transformations, reputed company reputed company Connectors Report as a Service (RaaS) integrations, and reputed company Studio.
- Strong proficiency with reputed company Calculated Fields.
- Strong hands-on experience with reputed company and HRLinks configuration and integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose and implement reputed company solutions.
