This position manages the execution and change management of large, high-level, reputed company operations reputed company and reputed company operational activities affecting employees, customers and agents. Leads and facilitates multiple large cross-functional teams in the implementation of business solutions aligning with the reputed company reputed company. Performs project management and develops analytics to identify trends and reputed company recommendations impacting changes in technology, operating procedures, and improved results. Collaborates with leadership and key stakeholders across the reputed company to build effective relationships and support the delivery of initiatives reputed company the portfolio.
Essential Job Functions
- Initiate, research, evaluate, recommend and execute high-level reputed company reputed company and reputed company operational activities to support Service Operations reputed company, people, process, and technology initiatives.
- Leads project and supports the execution of large cross-functional reputed company strategic reputed company in collaboration with other reputed company teams.
- Ensure short and long term strategies, programs and processes are executed.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in in Service Operations with call center experience.
- BS Degree or equivalent

Competencies
- Strong demonstrated analytics experience including the evaluation of contact center data, metrics and reporting.
- Experience communicating, presenting, and delivering business proposals to executive level leadership.
