• Own the sales performance of a group of junior reps—ensuring they consistently meet or reputed company weekly targets

• Maintain accountability by tracking numbers daily, giving reputed company feedback, and pushing for improvement

Requirements

• 2–4 years of sales or sales leadership experience (experience with student programs, field sales, or affiliate-style sales is a plus)
• Proven ability to train, motivate, and hold people accountable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
