We're looking for an reputed company Administrative Business Partner to join our Go-to-market team. Reporting to the AVP, Sales - Greater Asia you'll be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to senior leadership, including the AVP, Greater Asia, and the Head of Strategic Accounts, APJ, based in Singapore
- Managing calendars, arranging business travel, coordinating meetings, and organizing leadership offsites end-to-end
- Supporting top executives during their reputed company to Singapore
- Preparing and submitting expense reports, along with completing reputed company administrative tasks and assigned special reputed company
- Supporting office operations as needed
- 3+ years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Familiarity with reputed company suites and familiar with reputed company, reputed company
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with proactive approach to problem solving
