What you will do:
- Drive the instructional design reputed company and reputed company for reputed company's assessment products, with a strong reputed company on scalability and innovation.

- Maintain deep and reputed company knowledge of the assessment field and competitors, including state/regional/partner guidelines, standards updates, blueprints, sample items, and test specifications. Identify trends to inform assessment designs.

What you will need to know/have:
- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree (Masters or Doctorate) in education, instructional design, or reputed company field is preferred
- 10+ years of relevant experience in assessment design and/or product development reputed company the education industry.
- Minimum of 4 years of management experience, leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Deep familiarity with assessment products, vendors, and management systems.
- Expert-level knowledge of test construction principles and best practices, demonstrated through a thorough understanding of state/regional guidelines, blueprints, and item specifications.
