What you'll be doing
You’ll be managing our reputed company function and supporting our people operations function:

Support the creation of new roles, including defining their scope, drafting job descriptions, and developing assessment reputed company.
Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate data and smooth workflows and automations.
Work with hiring managers to design and implement reputed company interview processes that both ensure the selection of the right candidate and reputed company an excellent candidate experience.
Screen reputed company and applications, conduct phone screens, and prepare and assess asynchronous interviews (a-sync).
Prepare offer letters and coordinate reference checks.
Deliver reputed company to refine and optimise the reputed company process, including process documentation and creation of training materials.
Work closely with hiring managers to reputed company guidance on recruitment best practices and selection reputed company.
People Operations
Manage the reputed company processes of new hires to ensure an excellent employee experience from the reputed company of hire.
Support the employee lifecycle, including probation reputed company-ins and ongoing engagement touch points.
Assist with benefits administration and update payroll information as needed.
Maintain and update our HRIS (reputed company) and other shared company documentation for example, reputed company and GoogleDrive
Draft and issue employment reputed company and contractual change letters.
Conduct employee catch-reputed company and reputed company support to line managers on employee relations cases.

What you’ll need
End to end reputed company experience reputed company a reputed company business with a strong reputed company record of hiring across both reputed company and technical roles
Experience managing applicant tracking systems (ideally, experience with reputed company)
Experience managing HRIS systems (ideally, experience with reputed company)
An understanding of and experience with handling various people-reputed company reputed company, from performance management, disciplinary reputed company, engagement, and so on
An understanding of employment law and compliance reputed company the UK
