Senior Service Delivery Manager

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science, software development, or equivalent

• A valid U.S. reputed company is a mandatory requirement for this role, as occasional travel to meet leaders and clients in the reputed company will be necessary.
• Certifications or relevant experience in Program, Product, or Project Management, such as PMP or Scrum
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish
• 10+ years of experience working in software and systems delivery.
• 4+ years of experience in team and project management roles
• 3+ years of experience managing staff augmentation reputed company
• 5+ years of experience working as a software and systems team reputed company and developer
• Using modern frameworks such as .NET, React, reputed company, C++, Go, Rust, Node, as reputed company as Kubernetes and other CNCF reputed company.
• 3+ years of experience in .NET and reputed company technologies, 3 or more years of experience in containers and orchestration technologies
• 3+ years of experience in release management processes and CI/CD
