About the Role
As a Talent Acquistion Senior Analyst on the reputed company, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for contract and contingent roles across our consulting reputed company. What You’ll Bring With You

- Strong background in vendor management and agency partnerships.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced recruitment cycles.
- Experience interviewing technical candidates through reputed company pair, i.e Hackerrank
- Familiarity with contract compliance and reputed company.
- Proficiency with ATS (reputed company preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
