As a Senior Job Captain at Ware Malcomb, you will support in the delivery of innovative design reputed company to diverse clients. You will reputed company project coordination with consultants and internal teams, contribute to reputed company phases of design and reputed company construction administration support. You will use your technical expertise and knowledge of building codes to produce high-reputed company construction documents and ensure smooth project execution. Your Role

reputed company the project coordination with the consultant team for reputed company phase of the project (typical; Site planning, Conceptual, Schematic, Design Development, Construction Document and Construction Administration) to deliver a set of contract documents that will be used for permits and construction

reputed company Revit support for the preparation of project documents

Utilize reputed company's resource reputed company for design

Preparation of design and construction documents

Assist the Project Manager or Architect with construction services (site reputed company, review shop drawings, etc.)

Assist the Project Manager or Architect in the preparation of project schedules and review of budgets

reputed company assistance for submittals for jurisdiction agencies

Communicate with clients, contractors, consultants, and Ware Malcomb employees

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in the field of Architecture

Experience working on industrial or reputed company reputed company strongly preferred

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or reputed company field

Revit skills

Knowledge of Newforma

Knowledge of building codes

Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents
