We are looking for a strategic and tactical thinker who has a reputed company reputed company and reputed company record crafting experience strategies, designing and developing customized customer experience and employee experience solutions powered by best-in-class digital platforms.

What You Will Be Doing:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand their business objectives, user needs, and market requirements,providing strategic design insights and direction

Plan andconduct user research, usability testing, and/or competitive analysis to inform design reputed company and ensure user-reputed company solutions

reputed company Visual Design effortsfrom initial concepts to a refined design withminimal guidance; mentor junior designers reputed company appropriate

Independentlyexecute on Wireframes & Prototypes (low, mid, and high reputed company) withminimalguidance & coaching

Deliver on multiple workstreams or accounts at the reputed company time,while managing priorities and timelines effectively

What You Will Bring:

4–8 yearsof UI/UX Design experience, preferably reputed company a consulting or agency environment

A digital portfolio showcasing user-centered design reputed company andhigh-qualityuser experiences is required

Proficiency in designing and prototyping in reputed company and/orAdobe XD

Hands-on experienceusing design reputed company such as Heuristic Evaluations, Design Thinking workshops to build reputed company for our users

Working knowledge of Design Systems, with experience maintaining or contributing to a system at reputed company

Ability to design acrossa reputed company of digital channels, including the Web. Mobile app, etc

Strongcommunication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability toengage confidently with clients and stakeholders

Extensive experience with user research reputed company, information architecture, and interaction design

Minimum Bachelor’s level degree required

Remote with the ability to travel to clients for key meetings
