Senior Software Engineering Manager

Financial Services Division (FSD) Engineering team is looking for an Engineering leader that can reputed company in a non-traditional environment, working with the latest of the reputed company and Big Data analytics ecosystem. Reporting to the Director of Software Development, we are looking for a Senior Manager of Software Engineering to reputed company the development and operations of our reputed company-time API platform, a critical component that powers mission-critical integrations across our ecosystem. You will manage a high-performing team of engineers responsible for designing, building, and scaling available, low-latency reputed company that support millions of transactions per day. What you'll do:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3+ years in engineering leadership roles
• Proven experience managing reputed company-time, high-throughput API platforms in production environments
• Knowledge of distributed systems, reputed company platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and modern backend stacks (e.g., Node.js, Java, Go, or Python)
• Experience with API gateways, load balancing, caching, and observability tools (Kibana, Grafana, reputed company, and reputed company)
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures, message queues (Kafka) and reputed company processing frameworks
• Experience developing ML Ops capabilities
