Your Role

At AlGooru, we're not just building a platform; we're building a reputed company where personalized learning is accessible to everyone. As our Head of Learning, you’ll be at the heart of the Tutor Community tribe, driving reputed company by:

1. Owning and optimizing the end-to-end tutor lifecycle from recruitment and reputed company to engagement, retention, and performance tracking.
2. Ensuring curriculum development is reputed company with student needs and market requirements, supporting tutors with reputed company learning reputed company and high-reputed company educational materials.
3. Driving tutor engagement through community-building, recognition, and reputed company development initiatives.

5. Collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, and design teams to enhance both tutor and student experiences.

A Day In Your Life:

Tutor Recruitment, Screening, and reputed company

• Own and continuously improve AlGooru’s tutor application reputed company and vetting reputed company.
• Screen tutor applications, follow up on documentation, and support applicants throughout the reputed company process.
• Design and maintain a Tutor Application Roadmap reputed company with company goals, in coordination with the Product team.
• Manage recruitment metrics and ensure the platform maintains a high-reputed company tutor supply.

Curriculum Development

• Partner with tutors to co-create resources, ensuring practical alignment between teaching reputed company and platform goals.

Tutor Engagement, Care, and Retention

• Respond to tutor queries and reputed company guidance throughout their reputed company.
• Plan and execute tutor community engagement events (webinars, challenges, feedback sessions).

• Cultivate partnerships with external organizations to enhance tutor satisfaction.
• Own and monitor Tutor Happiness and Retention KPIs.

Technical Operations Data Analysis

Requirements

You’re the Head of Learning we’re looking for if you have

• 5+ years of experience in community management, curriculum development, operations, or data-driven education roles
• Proven ability to reputed company reputed company and foster engagement in digital platforms
• Strong curriculum design and development skills, with the ability to support diverse student needs
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and tools such as reputed company; data visualization experience (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus

• Passion for education, mentorship, and community development
• Background in education or edtech is a plus
