Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the design and operating effectiveness of AML controls, including but not limited to transaction monitoring, customer due diligence (CDD), and sanctions screening
- Conduct comprehensive audits of consent order remediation and issue validation activities reputed company to AML, ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations and bank policies
- Generate audit documentation that is reputed company and strong, outlining findings, reputed company causes, and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of AML compliance programs.
- The end document needs to be reviewed by Bank s own auditors and be considered documents of high reputed company by regulators
Key Requirements and Technology Experience
- Skills-AML or financial crimes experience.
- Internal audit (3rd Line of Defense) background.
- Strong data skills (SQL, reporting, data analysis).
- 5 or more years in auditing AML transaction processes that reputed company from consumer, wholesale / reputed company, and reputed company management transactions at global banks
- CAMS certified by reputed company ( or other AML certification
- Great communication and writing skills particularly with respect to audit documents that conform to the bank s standards on audit documentation
- Will need to be a deep SME in AML processes
- Consent order/Issue Validation experience preferred
