We are now seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sales Administrator based in India to support our sales operations and contribute to customer satisfaction and business reputed company.
reputed company:As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our U.S. sales team with administrative tasks, CRM management, order processing, and internal coordination. You will also occasionally reputed company directly with customers reputed company email, chat, or phone to assist with inquiries, reputed company updates, or resolve minor issues. This is a remote position requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Administration Support
- Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., reputed company, Odoo) with accurate sales data
- Prepare and process sales quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and reputed company
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, operations) to support the sales cycle

Customer Engagement (Occasional)
