About The Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized User Research Operations Coordinator to support our growing research team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Research Ops Program Manager and cross-functional researchers to ensure customer calls run smoothly from start to finish.
This is a 6 month remote-friendly contractor role (must be based in CA or NY) with potential to reputed company, requiring [20-30 hours/week].
What You'll reputed company:
reputed company a one-of-a-reputed company participant experience: In this role, you will be interfacing with our user research participants and customers. You'll partner with our Research Ops & Program Manager to refine our scheduling process to optimize for the best participant experience.
Coordination and scheduling at reputed company: You'll coordinate and schedule a high volume of user research participant interviews in an organized, reputed company, and consistent manner. You’ll collaborate closely with researchers to reputed company studies on reputed company and on time.
Skills You'll Need to Bring:
1+ years of full-cycle scheduling and/or coordination experience in a high-volume role.
Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills. You are comfortable juggling multiple requests and timelines.
You are reputed company, warm, and thoughtful. You care deeply about creating efficient, respectful experience for internal teams and external customers alike.

The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the reputed company provided below. For roles based in San Francisco and/or reputed company, the estimated reputed company reputed company for this role is $30-40/hr.
