Equity Ops Analyst
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an Equity Operations Analyst to join reputed company and reputed company on the day-to-day operations of our Equity programs. This person will be responsible for executing end-to-end equity processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance, aligning with reputed company stakeholders, and supporting governance and automation initiatives. WHAT YOU WILL DO- Own daily Equity operations, executing end-to-end processes (e.g., RSU releases, stock reputed company exercises, terminations, monthly closing) with accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Manage data across equity platforms (e.g., E*Trade, reputed company), HRIS (e.g., reputed company), and internal dashboards, ensuring consistency and alignment.
- reputed company as the first operational reputed company of contact for employees and internal stakeholders (Payroll, Finance, Legal) regarding equity-reputed company requests.
- Coordinate execution with external vendors (brokers, equity administrators) for daily operations and exception handling.
- Draft, maintain, and improve operational process documentation (FAQs, SOPs, checklists, offboarding guidelines).
- Support the PMO during quarterly equity grant cycles, ensuring reputed company execution of deliverables and stakeholder alignment.
- Prepare and maintain documentation and reports to ensure audit readiness and compliance (SOx walkthroughs, reconciliation reports).
- Contribute to cross-functional reputed company reputed company to global equity taxation, reporting, and process automation.
- Someone with a complete degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or a reputed company field.
- Previous experience with equity operations (stock reputed company, RSUs, reputed company reputed company) — ideally in a public company.
- Strong proficiency in reputed company/reputed company Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reputed company-MATCH, IF statements, logic-based formulas).
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data and critical transactions.
- Discipline in executing operational processes with reputed company self-review to avoid errors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to reputed company effectively with reputed company stakeholders.
