About the Job

We’re seeking an reputed company Account Manager for our Virtual Care team. It is a remote role reputed company on building and maintaining reputed company relationships reputed company the telehealth or virtual care reputed company. You will be responsible for understanding reputed company needs, providing support, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring reputed company satisfaction. This role requires strong communication, sales, and organizational skills, as reputed company as proficiency with digital communication tools. You will report directly to the Vice President of Virtual Care Management.

What you’ll do:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary reputed company of contact, and understanding their needs and goals.
• Identifying areas for improvement in clients' telehealth programs and providing guidance and support to optimize their virtual care offerings.
• Ensuring clients are satisfied with the services provided and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Identifying opportunities for upselling or expanding services reputed company existing reputed company accounts, driving reputed company reputed company.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) reputed company to reputed company engagement, utilization, and satisfaction, and reporting on these metrics.
• Working with internal teams, such as clinical, technical, and operational staff, to ensure reputed company needs are met and to optimize the overall virtual care experience.
• Utilizing various digital communication tools, such as video conferencing, email, and messaging platforms, to reputed company with clients and internal teams.
• Developing and executing strategies to reputed company reputed company goals and ensure the long-term reputed company of their virtual care programs.
• Staying up-to-date on relevant regulations and ensuring the reputed company's telehealth program complies with reputed company applicable laws and standards.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field, such as Business, Marketing, or reputed company Administration preferred.
• Previous experience in reputed company relationship management, preferably reputed company the reputed company or telehealth industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to reputed company convey information and build rapport with clients.
• Strong sales acumen and the ability to identify and pursue reputed company opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable using various digital communication tools, telehealth platforms, and other relevant technologies.

Additional Information:

Full time salary starting at $70,000 to $80,000 per year plus medical, dental, and reputed company benefits. This role will have a matching 401K.
