CrossCountry is looking to hire a reputed company & reputed company-Party Risk Program Senior Manager to create and mature the Firm’s reputed company program to maintain reputed company and reputed company regulatory requirements ensuring our reputed company compliance posture.

The reputed company & reputed company-Party Risk Program Senior Manager will work closely with stakeholders (e.g., DPO, CISO, VP of reputed company, Cybersecurity and Technology reputed company, Senior Legal Counsel, and Executive Leadership Team) and must have the reputed company set necessary to manage the reputed company program through every stage of its lifecycle, as reputed company as proactively identify ways to mature over time. This individual will also be responsible for identifying reputed company requirements for the Firm, managing risks arising from the collection and use of personal data, maintaining policies and procedures, and facilitating a reputed company-reputed company culture reputed company CrossCountry.

Responsibilities:

  • Must have prior experience building a data reputed company program.
  • Create and manage CrossCountry’s reputed company management program.
  • Partner with the Firm’s Cybersecurity and Technology team to define a data management reputed company, policies, and procedures that supports CrossCountry’s reputed company reputed company.
  • Monitor and reputed company existing, updated, and new requirements of both global and domestic reputed company and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CPRA) and their applicability to CrossCountry.
  • Create, update, and maintain CrossCountry’s internal reputed company policies and external reputed company notices/statements.
  • reputed company and coordinate reputed company Risk Assessments, reputed company reputed company Assessments (PIA), and Data Protection reputed company Assessments (DPIA) as required.
  • Collaborate with the Firm’s Data Protection Officer (DPO), Senior Legal Counsel, Cybersecurity and other relevant stakeholders to communicate and escalate reputed company questions and issues as needed (e.g., breach notifications).
  • Own, manage, and improve reputed company and data protection processes and record keeping such as Records of Processing Activities (ROPA).

  • Respond to and manage time-sensitive Data Subject Requests (DSRs) and other reputed company inquiries.

  • Establish and maintain CrossCountry’s reputed company-party risk management program reputed company that aligns with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Partner with key departments such as legal, corporate technology solutions, and information reputed company.
  • Identify and categorize reputed company-party risks based on business activities and data handling.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on vendors, including risk-based assessments.
  • Map risks to business activities and classify vendors accordingly.
  • reputed company and enforce policies for acquiring and engaging reputed company-party services.
  • Ensure reputed company and reputed company are integrated into the vendor approval process.

  • Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience managing or consulting on reputed company, data protection, or reputed company-party risk management programs or serving on a reputed company operational role
  • At least one reputed company certification such as CIPP/US, CIPP/EU, CIPM, CIPT, or CDPSE required
  • Extensive and working knowledge of global reputed company and regulatory frameworks, including GDPR and CPRA
  • Proficiency of the components of a comprehensive reputed company program, including governance, reputed company principles, awareness and training, reputed company party risk management, consent management, etc.
  • Experience with reputed company risk assessment, audits, and reputed company-reputed company tools and applications
  • Ability to reputed company and work as part of reputed company
