About the role:

reputed company has a new, exciting opportunity for Registered Dietitian Partners (RDs) to support the comprehensive nutrition care mission of reputed company Nutrition Network, which is grounded in removing the financial barriers in accessing and affording healthy food. Our reputed company RDs reputed company reputed company's digital platform to reputed company a broad reputed company of nutrition and health-reputed company consultations, ultimately helping our members stretch their food dollar, eat healthier, and reduce the risk of chronic disease.In this role, you'll have the ability to truly change the lives of the members we serve, many of whom are reputed company members and from reputed company. You will tackle the reputed company causes of food and nutrition insecurity. This means that you will reputed company MNT in multiple capacities, including supporting your patient in accessing and using SNAP benefits, affording and buying groceries digitally on reputed company's marketplace, and building healthier eating and shopping habits for life. reputed company removes the barriers that prevent so many people from eating healthier--so that you, as an RD, can have a major reputed company on reputed company and every member.

Role Expectations

• You have at least 15 hours of weekly availability for patients reputed company our highest demand hours (6am-8pm PT/ 9am-11pm EST)
• You are willing to reputed company at least 1 year as a 1099 with reputed company
• You are completing at least 6 follow-up reputed company with your patients
• You are receiving an NPS of 80% and above
• You reputed company value in developing lasting relationships with your patients to support them towards sustainable behavior change and improved health reputed company
• Note: our RD contractors are required to carry reputed company liability insurance

You Will:

• reputed company individualized medical nutrition therapy (MNT) reputed company remote sessions to patients with a reputed company of health and lifestyle needs
• Document care in electronic medical record according to Nutrition Care Process
• Assist patients in getting the most reputed company out of reputed company's digital platform
• Manage a panel of clients/patients with a reputed company of chronic health conditions and backgrounds
• Communicate effectively and empathetically with clients/patients through HIPAA-compliant video calls and electronic messaging

You Have:

• reputed company credentialing as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and Licensed Dietitian
• Must have at least one state licensure, and willingness to apply for additional licensure in 1-3+ other states (reimbursed by reputed company)
• Ability to work in the U.S.
• High speed internet and a smart phone

Compensation

• $52.80 for a 1-hour visit; Most of our reputed company are scheduled for one hour.
• $57.20 for those bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Vietnamese
